Return Policy
When you place an order, it indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy.
1. Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been shipped, we also offer an order modification service. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please feel free to send an email to support@pearl-shell.com as long as the order has not been shipped.
2. Return or Resend
Our policy lasts for 15 days from the date of receiving the goods. If 15 days have gone by since you received the goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or resend. You have two options:
- Return: We accept returns of products shipped by us if there is a defect due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged product). The goods must be returned with proof of purchase. There are several types of goods that cannot be returned. For more information, please contact our support team at support@pearl-shell.com. You will bear the cost of returning the goods. In the case of quality-related returns, the cost of return shipping can be refunded. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for return.
- Resend: If the product has a defect due to our error (e.g., wrong product), we are willing to resend the correct product to you. If the product has a defect due to transportation issues (e.g., damaged items), we can reissue a new product for you provided that you bear part of the shipping cost.
